Your membership

Beauty Suite provides a private online workspace for beauty professionals to manage appointments, client records and public client booking pages. Your customers can use your booking page without buying a Beauty Suite membership.

Your 14-day free trial

New eligible accounts can start a 14-day trial without entering a card. The trial does not automatically charge you. You must choose to subscribe to continue with paid membership after your trial. An account cannot restart a used trial.

Price & renewal

New memberships cost $7.99 USD per month. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. The final currency, amount, conversion charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Converted prices on the website are estimates. Availability of payment methods depends on your country and the payment provider. Existing access holders retain access under their existing arrangements.

Cancel your subscription

Use your membership settings or open the secure billing portal with the email used for payment. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Your paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself refund an earlier payment.

Refunds & billing problems

If you believe a payment is incorrect, duplicated, or relates to a service you could not access, contact Beauty Suite with your account email, payment date and receipt reference. Do not send your password, verification code or full card number. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Any mandatory rights to cancellation, refunds or other remedies in your country remain in effect.

Your account & data

Use your own email address, keep your password and verification codes private, and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for the client data you enter and the services, prices and booking policies you publish. Read our privacy and data information.

Client payments & app access

Your Beauty Suite membership is separate from payments your customers make for your services. Recording a payment does not charge a card. Beauty Suite runs in a web browser and can be installed on your Home Screen. Internet access is needed for online booking, verification, billing and notifications. Background notifications depend on device permissions and operating-system settings.
