Start with one real booking

1. Create your account with your own email, enter the verification code sent to that address, and finish your studio setup.
2. Set your business name, country, currency, time zone and working hours. Add a service with its price and duration.
3. Set your booking policies, enable your client booking page, and copy its link.
4. Check the public page, then share the link with a client. Keep your private account and verification codes to yourself.
5. Track the appointment through its actual status. Mark it Completed after you deliver the service.

How your clients earn rewards

In your studio, open More, then Retention. Under Your client loyalty, choose a completed-visit milestone and describe the benefit and its terms. Save your loyalty rule. Only appointments marked Completed count toward this milestone.

Example: choose five completed visits and a complimentary nail-art accent on the next eligible visit. After the fifth completed appointment, the client appears as eligible for your review. Confirm their eligibility, provide the benefit yourself, and record the redemption in your client notes so you can avoid awarding it twice.

You choose and fund the benefit. This does not issue cash, apply an automatic discount or automatically notify the client. Tell clients your rule and any limits before they participate. Client loyalty is separate from professional referral campaigns.

Your two-week trial, explained

For example, a new eligible account starting at 10:00 on 9 October has 14 days to try Beauty Suite, ending around 10:00 on 23 October. Use the first day to set up your services and booking link, the first week to manage real appointments, and the second week to decide whether it helps your business.

Get alerts on your phone

Open Alerts in your studio. Choose a sound, tap Test sound now, and save your preferences. Account alert preferences are saved to your account; sound choices and uploaded audio stay on that device.

For an iPhone, add Beauty Suite to your Home Screen, open that installed app, then enable phone notifications and allow them when asked. Use the test-alert control to check delivery. Your phone volume, Focus settings and notification permissions affect what you hear. Custom app sounds play while the app is open; background notification sounds are controlled by the phone.

You can upload an audio file you have permission to use and choose a clip start time. A YouTube page link is not an audio file.

Turn your booking link into a habit

Put your public booking link in your social profile and share it with clients who want to book. After a completed appointment, use your client care and rebooking tools to prepare a helpful follow-up. Review each message and send it yourself.
